Sofitel's Signature Seasonal Cocktail: Golden Kick
Available at Sofitels worldwide and developed in collaboration with French Bloom, the 'Golden Kick' is a toast to opulence and celebration. This non-alcoholic cocktail is a symphony of flavors—the sweet notes of peach, the zesty zing of ginger, and the luxurious French Bloom Le Blanc, all dusted with a shimmer of edible gold. It's a drink that not only tantalizes the palate but also captures the eye with its gilded allure.
Ingredients
- 10ml Giffard Pêche
- 30ml ginger infusion, well chilled
- 100ml French Bloom Le Blanc
- A pinch of edible gold dust
GARNISH
To garnish, use a medium brush to paint a diagonal line of sugar syrup or honey on the outer side of the flute then sprinkle glitter or coarse gold dust on the line and enjoy festive sparkles on the glass. For the grand finale, sprinkle a touch of edible gold dust and watch it whirl and glisten like a festive galaxy.
METHOD
For the ginger infusion, steep 75g of freshly cut ginger in 50 ml of hot water (90ºC) for 30 min. After 30 minutes, strain and chill well. In a champagne flute, delicately pour the peach syrup, followed by the chilled ginger infusion. Top with alcohol-free French Bloom Le Blanc, gently stirring to marry the flavors.
