The non-alcoholic cocktail, created by Jean Vital, mixes the pleasant flavour of grape-fruit sherbet with the fine sparkling bubbles of French Bloom Le Blanc. A double dose of deliciousness that you can enjoy any day of the week: from aperitif to dessert.
• 25 ml pink grapefruit sorbet
• Top-up French Bloom White
GLASSWARE & ICE
• Wine glass - 310ml /330ml
• Ice cubes
• Dried pink grapefruit
• Citrus leaf or kaffir leaf
Fill, give a quick stir and finally add the ice cubes.
Top off with French Bloom if necessary, making sure the ice cubes fall into place and do not float.
An additional 10ml of Supasawa or citric blend will provide extra zest.
