French Bloom is the name of a new organic alcohol free sparkling wine. In addition to that, it is low in calories, without added sugar and without sulfites, enough to satisfy the greatest number. The famous model Constante Jablonski, her friends Maggie Frerejean-Taittinger and Rodolphe are the ones who initiated this project. Their goal: to offer a healthier alternative to traditional sparkling wine.
Creation of the product
French Bloom is a vegan wine made from de-alcoholized wine, grape juice and natural flavors such as lemon. It is produced and bottled in the South West of France. There are 2 variants of the wine "Le Blanc" and "Le Rosé". Of course, it was conceived for people who do not consume alcohol such as pregnant women, but not only. It answers a current need, to want to spend convivial moments without necessarily consuming alcohol and especially, to have a right balance between social life and well-being.
The story of French Bloom
The 3 friends have been working on French Bloom for 2 years. It was imagined to be an alternative to the new way of celebrating together. Constance has a hectic life that requires her to live a healthy lifestyle without giving up her social life. Maggie, on the other hand, couldn't find a non-alcoholic, high-end alternative during her pregnancy. They met in New York and it was a no-brainer for them. The 2 young women share the same mindset of balancing social life and well-being. Rodolphe, Maggie's husband, is also involved in this project and has brought his expertise.
You can find "Le Blanc" and "Le Rosé" in Deli Traiteur stores.
