2022 NYC Wine & food festival : French Bloom is on every table at the BOISSON dinner!
The renowned NYC Wine & Food Festival was back to celebrate its 15th anniversary!
This major culinary event, featuring over 40 international chefs, wine and spirits producers, and the world's most renowned culinary personalities, was held again in the heart of Manhattan.
For the first time within the festival, a category of alcohol-free drinks and mixology was created, in line with the growing demand for non-alcoholic sophisticated sips.
The American alcohol-free retailer, Boisson was chosen as official partner and organized one of the most talked-about dinners of the festival, with chef Andrew Zimmern and the artist Alon Shay. During this occasion, Boisson curated a fully alcohol-free beverage pairing, with the artfully worked discuhes of Chef Andrew Zimmern with our alcohol-free sparkling wine: French Bloom Le Rosé.

Present at the Grand Tasting of the four-day culinary festival, BOISSON offered guests a unique culinary experience with alcohol-free beverages:
wines, sparkling wines, spirits, cocktails... French Bloom is part of this selection of alcohol-free sparkling wines with the Le Blanc and Le Rosé collection.
Guests were able to discover the perfect combination of traditional French champagne know-how and the modern vision of alcohol-free sparkling wines, which make French Bloom cuvées creators of unique experiences. These organic, low-calorie, no-sugar-added French Bubblies offered each NYC WINE & FOOD FESTIVAL participant a refreshing and healthy break. The Grand Tasting, which size has multiplied over the years, expected between 8,000 and 10,000 people.
BOISSON presents French Bloom to guests during their dinner with Chef Andrew Zimmern and artist Alon Shay
On October 15th at the Yale Club NYC, Boisson co-hosted a dinner with a hundred guests including the two guests of honor: Andrew Zimmern and Alon Shay.
Andrew Zimmern is an American chef and food critic. He became known for his television show Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern, for which he won numerous awards. In November 2018, the New York chef opened his first restaurant in St. Louis Park, Minnesota: Lucky Criquet.
Alon Shay is an Israeli pianist and composer. He contributed to numerous theatrical productions and has worked for the National Opera in Prague. In parallel, he teaches music in the United States and in various countries in Europe, including France.
This exceptional culinary experience has been designed by Boisson and its culinary talents to perfectly match each of the 5 dishes presented with a non-alcoholic drink. French Bloom was the only alcohol-free and organic sparkling wine selected to enchant this special moment of sharing.
NYC Wine and food festival alongside God's Love Deliver
Every year, visitors to NYCWFF both enjoying new culinary discoveries while participating in a good cause. Through money raised furing the NYCWFF, the Not-for-profit, God's Love We Deliver helps those who are struggling to afford meals for themselves.
This year, the culinary festival raised $14 million during the event for the cause. With the funds, the association will be able to continue its work with people suffering from diseases which prevent them from shopping and/or cooking. By 2021, God's Love We Deliver had prepared more than 2.6 million custom meals which were delivered to nearly 10,000 individuals with the help of thousands of volunteers.

Andrew Zimmern on NYCWFF
